- Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the Shri Yantra must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within seven seven [7] days from the date of delivery.
- Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to proceed.
- Return Shipping:
If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. In other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refund Policy:
Refunds will be processed within seven [7] days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refund Timeline:
Please allow fourteen to twenty one [14 to 21] business days for the refund to reflect in your account after it has been processed. The exact timeline may vary based on your financial institution.
- Exclusions:
Custom-made and/or personalized Shri Yantras and/or those that have undergone puja rituals, are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.
